Tripper Bus began offering service between the DC area suburbs of Arlington, VA and Bethesda, MD to midtown NYC in 2008. It is the only such transportation company owned and operated by a female owner. Defying the odds, and the industry, Betty, who founded Tripper Bus, saw a need to offer passengers who live or wish to travel to the DC suburbs affordable, first-class transportation without requiring a trip into DC.

Tripper Bus quickly became a favorite among passengers. In 2012, Tripper Bus began offering the ELITE bus service, providing an executive travel experience to include, two and one row seating, leather captain's chairs providing more leg room, personal tray tables and more.
Every Tripper Bus including the standard coach service is outfitted with electrical outlets in every row, and complimentary WIFI. We know passengers have a choice when it comes to travel between DC & NYC.
